About LIFE Organization
Learning Integration for Education Pvt. Ltd. (LIFE) was founded in the year 2015. LIFE was started with the sole purpose of bringing a positive change in the present learning system for young children especially, but not limited to, the age group of 3-7 years. Our methodology involves introducing Real Life Concepts along with Social and Emotional development of every child in the early years of learning. We are now LIFE Member of Early Childhood Association.

We are India’s first organization to create a program which provides on-job teacher’s training and development process encompassing real time teacher’s classroom, delivery management and effective learning mechanism for students. We use our specially designed strategies and tools in the form of Thematic & Experiential learning process. Our program supports teachers with real time 500 hours of these tools and programs at each level from 3 years to 7 years.
LIFE has evolved in the last couple of years and has steadily grown from 30 kids, one classroom in Mumbai to 1,800 children, 30 classrooms in Mumbai, Hyderabad and Nanded.
This year we are introducing the concept of Augmented Reality (3D) to children, by publishing our first set of books featuring most of the lovable animals. These books have fun stories and poems in which the animals spring to life when used in combination with LIFE’s downloadable application.
Program Philosophy
Our program philosophy revolves around encouraging active learning that deploys both left and right brained faculties.
While designing our entire program, we have kept in mind every aspect of a child’s development, as you can see in the picture here. Apart from the obvious developmental aspects, we have also focused on developing oft neglected Emotional Quotient and Social Quotient in children.
The end result is beautiful! We will explain more on this later in this guide.

- Access credentials for School Admin, Teachers and Students on our Learning Management System (Lifedflix.com) which Teachers will use to access lesson plans and conduct classes while Students will use for accessing course material and submitting assignments
- A dedicated Customer Relationship Manager from LIFE to address teething issues, queries and concerns, if any, from time to time
LIFE Instructional Matrix® (LIM)

Every lesson plan developed by LIFE is structured based on our proprietary LIFE Instructional Matrix®. Each class will feature at least one component from each of the five instructional pillars of LIFE.
- All classes will be conducted in one or more of the 7 expressive mediums. For example, some classes will feature Music and Dance, while others will be focused on Speech and Writing.
- All classes will feature instructional content from one of the 7 Learning Content categories. This content will be aligned to seasons, festivals and other occasions as appropriate.
- All classes will provide some degree of focus on one or more of the Literacy and Numeracy skills. This will ensure a gradual build-up of these skills while applying them in different contexts.
- All classes will provide some degree of focus on one or more of the Physical and Motor Development categories. This will ensure constant physical activity and variation in mediums.
- All classes will reiterate certain aspects of the Social and Emotional Development categories to ensure that the students are receiving a well-rounded instructional experience.

Alignment of our Lesson plans with LIM

Each of our lesson plans mentions the areas of LIFE Instructional Matrix covered within it. All our lesson plans taken in entirety cover all areas of the LIM, thereby ensuring holistic development of children.

Here’s an example of our lesson plans. LIM areas are clearly mentioned in each lesson plan apart from material required, video / audio resources and detailed teacher instructions.

Progression Based on Academic Goals
- 3 years is the minimum recommended period for every school
- Personal development observation & progression once every 2-3 months
- The interval can be decided by the school
- Parameter 1
First parameter of observation and progression is E / D / I (Emerging / Developed / Independent). Used in Art & Craft, Physical Fitness, Dance & Music, Gross Motor Skills, Fine Motor Skills
- Parameter 2
Second parameter is Y / N / N.I (Yes / No / Needs Improvement). Used in Socio-Emotional Quotient and Personality Attributes
- Parameter 3
Third parameter is Grading i.e. A*, A, B*, B, C, D. This is for giving an overall assessment of the child. Details of each grade are mentioned in the Rubrics document.
